Saturday
On today I usually do my daily routine. Since everything is shut down, I have to keep myself productive and active as most as possible. So the first thing I do is wake up workout, Second after workout eat a good breakfast, third take care of hygiene, Fourth do homework, fifth practice my music and have free time
Sunday
A Netflix series that I started watching is called the Arrow. It’s basically about a guy named Oliver Queen who was sunken in a boat with his father and his girlfriend’s sister. His father and him an another passenger survived, but the girl died. In order for him to survive his dad kills the other passenger and himself to save his son.Oliver eventually finds a island called Liam U.
Monday
I have been doing research on how to properly on how to water fast. I read that help u lose weight, makes your face clear, and really be opened minded. I recently in my life dod this before for 3 days and it was hard but I eventually end up losing about 10 pounds.
Tuesday
The diet that I have been currently been has been roughly challenging but I have been committed to it. Sometimes I crave sweets but I just keep going until I get to my goal.
Wednesday
Some of my plans after this corona virus is over is going shopping going, back to the gym , and going back out and exploring new things and new people. Some stuff my family are planning to do after the virus is over is going to Hollywood.
Thursday
Some of my workouts that I do is pushups, a body part that I’m going to be hitting, abs, and then cardio. But before I do any of these workouts I take a protein shake which helps me tone muscle and lose fat. It works pretty good and it’s pretty affordable. Other workouts I do is mainly gym with weights but since that’s close I’m doing all home workouts
Friday
Other things that I have been doing was going outside to play basketball. I know it’s dangerous but that’s why I at least wear a mask and make sure I am protective. Playing basketball is another way for me to stay protective and active.
